FANA Dues Structure
As of January 1, 2004

Please be advised that the FANA Board
of Directors voted on September 18 to in- increase membership dues. The following will be effective as of January 1, 2004.

Individual/Supportive Membership Dues: $30.
Retired Members/Student Members: $20.
( I/S Members of the association, who are now retired from work, will be eligible for this new level of membership.)
Benefits of I/S/St/Ret. Membership will be the same as currently named for I/S/St. Members.

Facility/Agency Membership: $200.
Corporate Membership: $500.

(A new level of membership, Corporate Membership, will allow three facilities/agencies, under the same corporate title, with buildings/offices in three different locations, to secure membership at a reduced rate. Each site/location will have the full benefits of facility/ agency membership.)
Benefits of Facility/Agency Membership will
Increase to allow the facility/agency to order FANA home-In service studies for their employees at member rate. (Currently, 1/1/03-12/31/03) member rate for these in-services is only applicable to individual members.

All members will be invoiced in December for January payment. In accord with our bylaws, all dues are renewable in January. Members not paid
By March 1 will relinquish their dues.

Members of any classification who joined the association after September 1, 03, and after September 1, of succeeding years, will be invoiced for 50% of the current dues payment for the following year.
